A problem we saw
up close.
Anubodha started with a question we couldn't stop asking: why do the schools shaping India's future still operate like it's 1995? Attendance in registers. Fee receipts on paper. Homework via WhatsApp. Parent communication through a phone tree.
We saw teachers spending more time on paperwork than with students. We saw principals without a clear picture of their own school's health. We saw parents in the dark about their child's daily progress.
So we decided to build the platform we wished existed — modern, affordable, and designed specifically for Indian schools. Built from scratch, for Bharat.

Anubodha Edtech was founded by Shivam, a Computer Science graduate with a clear mission — to bring world-class digital infrastructure to Indian schools. After working in the marketing industry and seeing firsthand how the right technology transforms operations, Shivam recognized a gap in the Indian education system. Schools were ready to evolve, but lacked the tools to do so. Anubodha Edtech was built to change that. Today, we help administrators, teachers, and students thrive through smart, cloud-based school management software — purpose-built for the modern Indian institution.
Nishit brings a grounded mix of financial rigor and real-world investment experience to Anubodha Edtech. An MBA Finance graduate with hands-on experience in the fintech and alternative investment space. As Co-Founder, he shapes the long-term direction of the company — ensuring that every decision is rooted in both sound numbers and a sharp vision for where Indian edtech is headed. Outside the spreadsheets, Nishit is driven by a genuine curiosity about where technology and finance intersect — and how that intersection can create real impact.
