• Student & Parent Data: Names, roll numbers, attendance, fees, and basic contact information as provided by the school administration.
• Academic Records: Assignments, grades, and teacher feedback.
• Communication Data: Messages sent through our in-app portals.

3. Data Security & Sovereignty

At Anubodha, security is our North Star. All data is stored on secure, state-of-the-art cloud infrastructure located within India. We utilize end-to-end encryption for sensitive data and strictly adhere to the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act norms of India.

4. Role of the School

The school administration is the data principal for all student and parent information. Anubodha acts as a data processor. We do not sell or share individual student data with third-party advertisers.

5. AI & Data Usage

Our AI Hub uses metadata and performance metrics to generate helpful insights for teachers and admins. This processing happens in a secure environment and is intended solely to improve educational outcomes and school efficiency.
