Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Anubodha platform, the School and its authorized users agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a school or other educational institution, you represent that you have the authority to do so.

2. The Service

Anubodha provides a cloud-based school management system including admin, teacher, student, and parent portals. We reserve the right to modify or update the service to improve functionality and security.

3. Fees & Payments

Access to the platform is provided on a subscription basis. Schools agree to pay all applicable setup and monthly fees as outlined in their service quote. Failure to pay may result in temporary suspension of access.

4. Data Ownership

The school retains all rights and ownership to the data it inputs into the platform. Anubodha is granted a limited license to process this data solely for the purpose of providing the school management services.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Users are prohibited from attempting to bypass security measures, reverse-engineering the platform, or using the service for any illegal purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

Anubodha shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or special damages arising out of the performance or inability to use the service.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat.
